The gated Mudon community with a suburban atmosphere is a popular choice among families with children.

The area of townhouses in the community ranges from 205 to 277 m2. As of April 2023, the minimum cost of a three-bedroom house is AED 1.9 million ($517,000). The four-bedroom residential properties are on sale for a minimum of AED 2.09 million ($570,000). The prices of local properties will increase as the construction progresses, so we suggest that you check the cost of the townhouses just before purchasing.

You can buy a house in instalments from the developer. Buyers will have to make payments according to the following plan:

Transport accessibility

The nearest airport to the residential complex can be reached by car within 15 mins, another one is 30 mins away. The city of the future, Expo City, is 20 mins by car.

The area of the district is 278 km². It’s being developed by Dubai Properties, one of the leading developers in the metropolis. The concept for this part of Dubai was drawn up in 2003 and over $64 million was allocated for the implementation of the large-scale project. In 2013, due to the global economic crisis, construction had to be suspended for five years. The district is currently under construction. According to city officials, Dubailand will have a population of over 2.5 million by the time the project is complete.
